On my side it works fine under Adobe Acrobat X Pro. Maybe update your Adobe Reader. In case the problem still persists , get get for free Foxit Reader Portable (35 Mb)here http://portableapps.com/apps/office/...eader_portable

Please be more precise on what procedure you made. I've just tested it under Foxit Reader Portable and it work. It looks like this

When I open it, some of the grey text spaces have a notice, "Text not available due to copyright restrictions." The rest of the text is fine. Strange.

You're absolutely right. That must have been inflected while the file has been originally copied/transferred from the ebook provider ( a measure , I suppose, to protect some pictures of unauthorized use). Sorry about that.
