In what way can 'keyifler gıcır mı' be a question for a learner of Turkish? It's not a common expression among Turks so spare the fellow...

All Turks know this expression for sure. for any expressions of Turkish, you can ask me. I live in Turkey; native speaker of Turkish; and know great about daily Turkish as well as its dialects, grammar and any words related to Turkish. when you ask a person "keyifler gıcır mı?" you are asking him/her, if he/she feels very well, in daily language of informal style.
